DESCRIPTION:/ English below / \nLoodusteaduste ja põllumajandusteaduste haru kirjutamislaagerKopra talus Viljandimaal14.–17.10.2024 \nKutsume doktorante ja nende juhendajaid osalema Tartu Ülikooli Genoomika instituudi ja Eesti Doktorikooli poolt korraldatud kirjutamislaagrisse. Kirjutamislaager on suunatud loodusteaduste doktorantidele\, kuid registreeruda võivad kõikide erialade doktorandid ja juhendajad. \nKõigile osalejatele on tagatud toitlustus ning majutus ühekohalises toas. Ühine bussitransport on organiseeritud Tartust Kopra talusse ja tagasi. Muid transpordikompensatsioone ei tehta. \nOsalemiseks täitke registreerimisvorm registreerimisvorm\, kuhu kirjutage ka oma eesmärgid ja plaan kirjutamislaagriks. Registreerimise tähtaeg on 2. oktoobril\, kohtade arv on piiratud (25). \nOsalejate valik toimub 1) registreerumise järjekorra alusel\, kuni piirarvu täitumiseni; 2) piirarvu täitumisel enne registreerumistähtaeg eelistatakse loodusteaduste doktorante. \nKirjutamine on akadeemilise elu lahutamatu osa – artiklid\, grandid\, teesid\, kokkuvõtted-aruanded\, postrid\, ettevalmistus suureks ettekandeks või intervjuuks…\, kuid tihti on rakse leida vaid kirjutamisele pühendatud aega. Seetõttu toimub kirjutamislaager igapäevamelust eemal\, et muu kõrvale panna\, seada realistlikud eesmärgid ja tegeleda vaid kirjutamisega. The writing retreat is aimed at doctoral students in the natural sciences\, but doctoral students and supervisors from all disciplines are welcome to register. \nParticipants will be provided with meals and accommodated in one-person rooms. Shared bus transport has been organised from Tartu to Kopra farm and back. There will be no other transport compensation. \nTo participate\, please fill in the registration form\, including your objectives and plan for the writing camp. The registration deadline is on the 2nd of October\, number of participants is limited (25). \nParticipants will be selected 1) on a first-come\, first-served basis\, until the number of participants is reached; 2) if the number of participants is reached\, preference will be given to natural science PhD students. \nWriting is an integral part of academic life – articles\, grants\, theses\, abstracts-reports\, posters\, preparation for a major presentation or interview… – but it is often difficult to find time just for writing. That’s why a writing camp is held away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life\, to put everything else aside\, set realistic goals and focus on writing. DESCRIPTION:“Ida-Euroopa kunstist kirjutamine 1970. aastatest alates”Eesti Kunstiakadeemia (Põhja pst 7\, Tallinn) \nEesti doktorikooli humanitaarteaduste ja kunstide haru kutsub osalema seminarkursusel. Seminarikursus keskendub kunstiteaduse metodoloogiale\, vaadates erinevaid lähenemisi kunstist kirjutamisele 1970. aastatest alates. Analüüsitavate kriitiliste tekstide raskuspunkt on Ida-Euroopa kunstil sotsialistlikul ja postsotsialistlikul perioodil. Arutluse all on raamistikud\, mis hõlmavad hiljutisi ajaloolisi “pöördeid” kunstiajaloo distsipliinis: kuraatorluse ajalugu\, sotsiaalne kunstiajalugu\, intersektsionaalsed\, globaalsed ja dekoloniseerivad suunad. Uurime neid diskursiivseid muutusi seoses tänapäeva Euroopa kunsti poliitiliste ja loominguliste prioriteetidega. \nKülalisõppejõud on Dr. Klara Kemp-Welch (Courtauldi Kunstiinstituut\, Londoni Ülikool) \nKlara Kemp-Welch on Londoni Ülikooli Courtauldi Kunstiinstituudi 20. sajandi modernismi lektor. Ta tegeleb Ida-Euroopa moodsa ja kaasaegse kunstiga\, on õppinud Slaavi ja Ida-Euroopa uuringute koolis ja University College Londonis. Klara Kemp-Welch on raamatute “Antipolitics in Central European Art. Reticence as Dissidence under Post-Totalitarian Rule 1956-1989” (IB Tauris\, 2014)\, “Networking the Bloc. Experimental Art in Eastern Europe 1965-1981” (MIT Press\, 2019) autor ning kaastoimetaja raamatule “A Reader in East-Central European Modernism 1918-1956” koos Beata Hocki ja Jonathan Oweniga (Courtauld Books Online\, 2019). This workshop on methodology will focus on changing approaches to art writing since the 1970s\, through critical analysis of key texts relating to socialist and post-socialist Eastern European art. Frameworks considered include recent historical ‘turns’ in the discipline of art history: curatorial\, social\, intersectional\, global and decolonial. We explore these discursive shifts in relation to artistic and political priorities in European art today. \nGuest lecturer is Dr. Klara Kemp-Welch\, The Courtauld Institute of Art\, University of London \nKlara Kemp-Welch is Reader in 20th  Century Modernism at the Courtauld Institute of Art\, University of London. She works on modern and contemporary art from Eastern Europe. She was educated at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies and University College London and is the author of Antipolitics in Central European Art.
