Kursusel antakse \u00fclevaade kahest t\u00f5endusp\u00f5hisest oskuste kombinatsioonist, mis v\u00f5imaldavad kujundada edukat teadus- v\u00f5i spetsialistikarj\u00e4\u00e4ri. Kursuse l\u00e4binutel on selgem arusaam oma rollist teadlase v\u00f5i spetsialistina, ning rohkem enesekindlust ja oskus teha otsuseid, mis t\u00f5stavad enesetunnet ja tagavad teadust\u00f6\u00f6 kvaliteedi. Geraldine Fitzpatrick. The aim of the course is to help students craft their PhD lives so that they can thrive in their current studies and in their future academic career (or, a professional career beyond academia). The course introduces students to two foundational sets of evidence-based personal skills towards thriving as an academic\/researcher\/professional. Students will take away an increased insight into, and confidence about, their own identity as an academic\/researcher\/professional, as well as having a toolkit of practical strategies for making good choices towards better wellbeing and good science.<\/p>\n<p>The format will be highly interactive, with seeding input on the relevant research on a topic, time for personal reflection, group discussions and group exercises.<\/p>\n<p>More details can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1I9tcqIdRjnZjdELSAKlDqkAExP0Z5Cin\/view?usp=sharing\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Facilitator is Prof.i.R.
