Short-term mobility lasts <strong>up to 30 calendar days<\/strong>, including travel time to and from the destination. Funding is available for trips starting from Estonia or abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">A doctoral researcher is eligible for the doctoral school mobility grant once in the calendar year, and the maximum amount per grant is <strong>2,000 euros<\/strong>. The grant can be applied for by a doctoral researcher at an Estonian university whose doctoral studies have not been suspended. Information on calls for application is communicated via the universities\u2019 mailing lists. The contact details of the doctoral school project leaders can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doktorikool.ee\/en\/kontaktid\/\">Estonian Doctoral School website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply for a mobility grant, the doctoral researcher must submit the following to the doctoral school project leader at their university:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a formal application including a motivation letter;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>confirmation of acceptance of the presentation from the conference organiser, or, when participating in a course, seminar or other activity, confirmation from the host institution (for example, registration confirmation, letter of invitation, etc.);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>when requesting the reimbursement of a participation fee, confirmation of the amount of the participation fee;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a letter of recommendation from the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<style>.aagb__accordion_container.no-pro-plan .aagb__accordion_body { padding:  10px !important; }<\/style><div class=\"wp-block-aab-accordion-item aagb__accordion_container panel\" style=\"border:1px solid #bcb6b638;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:15px\"><div class=\"aagb__accordion_head aab_right_icon\" data-active=\"false\" style=\"background-color:#bcb6b638;border-top:none;border-right:none;border-bottom:none;border-left:none\"><div class=\"aagb__accordion_heading aab_right_icon aagb_right_link\"><div class=\"head_content_wrapper\"><div class=\"title_wrapper\"><h5 class=\"aagb__accordion_title\" style=\"margin:0\"><strong>Evaluation criteria for the application<\/strong><\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"aagb__accordion_icon\"><div class=\"aagb__icon_dashicons_box\"><span class=\"aagb__icon dashicons dashicons-plus-alt2\"><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"aagb__accordion_body\" role=\"region\" style=\"border-top:1px solid #bcb6b638;border-right:none;border-bottom:none;border-left:none\"><div class=\"aagb__accordion_component\">\n<p>Applications are evaluated based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the applicant is a doctoral researcher at an Estonian university;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the applicant has not received a mobility grant from the doctoral school in the current calendar year;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the event for which support is applied has not yet taken place;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the application has been correctly prepared;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the purpose of the trip is clear; the destination and the tasks are suitable.
