It is mandatory to participate in all <strong>3 sessions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Live group coaching sessions (online, preliminary dates):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>October 9, 9:30 \u2013 12:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>October 23, 9:30 \u2013 12:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 13, 9:30 \u2013 12:00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Maximum number of participants: 12<br>Minimum number of participants: 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The group coaching process focuses on your performance &amp; wellbeing as a PhD-student and enhances resilience throughout your academic journey. It builds effective coping strategies to deal with intense workloads, navigating uncertainties, power dynamics and feelings of isolation. You will enhance your abilities to handle drawbacks and increase your capacity to recover from difficulties. As a result of the group coaching, you will be better equipped to deal with the challenging periods of your work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is Group Coaching?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Group coaching is a collaborative process in which a coach works with a small group of PhD students to help them to set and achieve goals, explore their challenges, and develop new skills together.
