Participation in all 4 sessions is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research in biology requires diverse skills, many of which are not formally taught. In this course, students will develop essential skills in science communication, presentation, writing, and peer review. This course will involve discussions, readings, writing assignments, presentations, and other professional development activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course is conducted by David Reisman<\/strong>, Ph.D. Department of Biological Sciences, Michael J Mungo Distinguished Professor, University of South Carolina Columbia, SC 29208.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
