The course includes a lecture and a workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10.15\u201311.45<\/strong> \u2013 lecture \u201cDetermination of Ventilatory Thresholds and the Concept of Metabolic Zones\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13.00\u201316.00<\/strong> \u2013 workshop \u201cDetermination of Ventilatory Thresholds and Metabolic Zones Based on Training Data\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Learning outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon completion of the course, participants will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have a better understanding of the concept of ventilatory thresholds;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be able to interpret the results of an incremental test;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be able to use the training intensity and duration model when planning training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Facilitator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Univ.-Prof. Mag.
