Loodusteaduste ja p\u00f5llumajandusteaduste haru kirjutamislaager<\/strong>
Kopra talus Viljandimaal<\/strong>

Kutsume doktorante ja nende juhendajaid osalema Tartu \u00dclikooli Genoomika instituudi ja Eesti Doktorikooli poolt korraldatud kirjutamislaagrisse. Kirjutamislaager on suunatud loodusteaduste doktorantidele, kuid registreeruda v\u00f5ivad k\u00f5ikide erialade doktorandid ja juhendajad.<\/p>\n

K\u00f5igile osalejatele on tagatud toitlustus ning majutus \u00fchekohalises toas. \u00dchine bussitransport on organiseeritud Tartust Kopra talusse ja tagasi. Muid transpordikompensatsioone ei tehta.<\/p>\n

Osalemiseks t\u00e4itke registreerimisvorm\u00a0registration form<\/a>, kuhu kirjutage ka oma eesm\u00e4rgid ja plaan kirjutamislaagriks.\u00a0Registreerimise t\u00e4htaeg on 2. oktoobril<\/strong>, kohtade arv on piiratud (25).<\/p>\n

Osalejate valik toimub 1) registreerumise j\u00e4rjekorra alusel, kuni piirarvu t\u00e4itumiseni; 2) piirarvu t\u00e4itumisel enne registreerumist\u00e4htaeg eelistatakse loodusteaduste doktorante.<\/p>\n

Kirjutamine on akadeemilise elu lahutamatu osa – artiklid, grandid, teesid, kokkuv\u00f5tted-aruanded, postrid, ettevalmistus suureks ettekandeks v\u00f5i intervjuuks\u2026, kuid tihti on rakse leida vaid kirjutamisele p\u00fchendatud aega. Seet\u00f5ttu toimub kirjutamislaager igap\u00e4evamelust eemal, et muu k\u00f5rvale panna,\u00a0seada realistlikud eesm\u00e4rgid ja tegeleda vaid kirjutamisega<\/strong>. Laagrisse on v\u00e4ga oodatud doktorandid ja juhendajad koos, et s\u00fcvendatult tegeleda oma uurimist\u00f6\u00f6ga.<\/p>\n

The Estonian Doctoral School for <\/strong>Natural and Agricultural Sciences<\/strong> writing retreat
Kopra farm in Viljandi County<\/strong>
14.\u201317.10.2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

We invite doctoral students and their supervisors to participate in a writing retreat organised by the Institute of Genomics of the University of Tartu and the Estonian Doctoral School, which will take place from 14th October to 17th October at Kopra talus in Viljandimaa. The writing retreat is aimed at doctoral students in the natural sciences, but doctoral students and supervisors from all disciplines are welcome to register.<\/p>\n

Participants will be provided with meals and accommodated in one-person rooms. Shared bus transport has been organised from Tartu to Kopra farm and back. There will be no other transport compensation.<\/p>\n

To participate, please fill in the\u00a0registration form<\/a>, including your objectives and plan for the writing camp.\u00a0The registration deadline is on the 2nd of October<\/strong>, number of participants is limited (25).<\/p>\n

Participants will be selected 1) on a first-come, first-served basis, until the number of participants is reached; 2) if the number of participants is reached, preference will be given to natural science PhD students.<\/p>\n

Writing is an integral part of academic life – articles, grants, theses, abstracts-reports, posters, preparation for a major presentation or interview… – but it is often difficult to find time just for writing. That’s why a writing camp is held away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to put everything else aside,\u00a0set realistic goals and focus on writing<\/strong>. Doctoral students and supervisors are very welcome to come together for an in-depth look at their research.<\/p>\n

The writing retreat is organised by the University of Tartu, a partner of the Estonian Doctoral School for Natural and Agricultural Sciences.<\/p>\n
