Arutletakse teadust\u00f6\u00f6 uurimisk\u00fcsimuste s\u00f5nastamist ja sobiva metoodika valikut, doktorit\u00f6\u00f6le selge \u00fclesehituse loomist ning kuidas struktureerida sissejuhatust, p\u00f5hiosa ja j\u00e4reldusi. Erilist t\u00e4helepanu p\u00f6\u00f6ratakse \u00f5igusnormide ja -tekstidega t\u00f6\u00f6tamisele, asjakohase kirjanduse hindamisele ning kohtupraktika anal\u00fc\u00fcsile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loengus tuuakse praktilisi n\u00e4iteid hiljuti kaitstud doktorit\u00f6\u00f6dest, et siduda teoreetilised k\u00e4sitlused reaalsete v\u00e4ljakutsetega teadust\u00f6\u00f6 koostamisel. Doktorante julgustatakse aktiivselt osalema ja esitama k\u00fcsimusi teemade kohta, mis neile doktorit\u00f6\u00f6 kirjutamisel keerukust valmistavad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Peter Oestmann<\/strong> on M\u00fcnsteri \u00dclikooli tsiviil\u00f5iguse ja \u00f5iguse ajaloo professor.
