Target group
The writing retreat is intended for doctoral researchers in the Social Sciences branch. Doctoral researchers may participate individually or together with their supervisors.
General information
Doctoral researchers and their supervisors are invited to participate in the writing retreat in Padise at Kallaste Turismitalu. The writing retreat offers an opportunity to focus on writing your doctoral thesis or scientific article for a few days, receive and provide feedback, and receive supervision.
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation in single rooms and meals will be provided by the Estonian Doctoral School. Participants must arrange their own transportation to and from the writing retreat.

The registration is open until October 11, 2026.
The maximum number of participants is 20. Participants will be selected in the order of registration.
