Mental health event series: psychological resilience

The training is held in English and is suitable for doctoral students of all Estonian universities.

Resilience is a set of personal qualities and skills that support an individual’s healthy functioning and adaptation within the context of challenging or stressful situations.

In the resilience workshop, we will cover:

  • how to recognize the short- and long-term symptoms of stress and burnout;
  • how to find and apply inner resources to become more resilient;
  • practical relaxation techniques.

Workshop duration: 2 hours and 15 minutes

Facilitated by: Pärtel Poopuu, a clinical psychologist with over five years of experience conducting workshops and courses on mental health. His specialties include emotional regulation, psychological resilience, and positive psychology.
