Science Communication Autumn School

The Autumn School will be held in English. Each participant will be provided with accommodation in a private room.

Credits: 0.5 ECTS

The aim of the Autumn School is to support doctoral students in developing clear and impactful communication skills for presenting their research results through practical exercises. During the course, participants will learn how to identify a suitable target audience for their research, choose the appropriate format, and define the right communication goal to ensure that their scientific message reaches the intended audience—be it the media, the general public, or academic peers. The focus is on building the ability to communicate consciously and purposefully in both academic and public spheres.

Additional information
  • Each participant will be provided with accommodation in a private hotel room.
  • Participants will be offered a rich lunch, dinner, breakfast, and coffee breaks with snacks.
  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own transport to the training venue. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.
