The Symposium on Topical Issues in Electrical Power Engineering and Mechatronics: Building on Competencies brings together students, researchers, and experts to explore cutting-edge developments in the field. The event fosters knowledge exchange and collaboration.

The programme features two focused workshops: one that introduces key aspects of stepping into project coordination roles and another hands-on session aimed at strengthening core competencies and exploring the European Competence Framework for Researchers to support transferable skill development and career growth.
