Time management practical course

The workshop is held in English.
The time management practical course takes place over two days:
- On April 22, 2026 a 6-hour on-site session of the practical course will take place from 09:00 to 16:00.
- On May 27, 2026 a 2-hour online sessionof the practical course will take place, with the exact time to be confirmed during the first course day.
The course is facilitated by Ardo Reinsalu, a time management expert and consultant. He is the author of two books on time management and manages the Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/ajajuhtimine.
Within the framework of the Practical Time Management training, Ardo shares recommendations for organizing one's time.
- How to cope with a daily schedule?
- How to plan your day?
Participants will collectively discuss common time-wasters and share practical tips and techniques for self-management.
Upon completing the training, participants will be able to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their time management, manage fatigue, and find collaborative solutions to everyday problems.
The course is open to doctoral researchers and their supervisors from all disciplines.
