PhD researchers juggle countless demands — research, teaching, publications, funding, and personal life. With unclear direction and competing priorities, overwhelm quickly takes over.

The group coaching aims to:

  • normalize open conversations about performance and wellbeing
  • set clear goals and priorities that matter most
  • build sustainable work routines that increase productivity

What is Group Coaching? Group coaching brings together small groups of PhD candidates to reflect, learn, and grow together. Guided by professional coaches, participants set meaningful goals, tackle real challenges, and develop new skills in a supportive setting. Between sessions, they apply their insights, meet with their peer group and reflect on their progress. The process consists of 3 live group coaching sessions, 1-2 peer group meetings and short personal experiments between the sessions.

Register HERE. The registration deadline is February 4, 2026
The participation is based on the order of registration.
