Doctoral Spring Colloquium

We are pleased to invite doctoral students in Management and Business Studies or their foundational fields such as Social Sciences more generally to participate in our two-day Doctoral Spring Colloquium. This event provides an excellent opportunity for doctoral candidates to get feedback to a chapter or article they have been working on during the academic year. Each submission will be reviewed in detail by two fellow doctoral students and one faculty member (who is not the student's supervisor). Reviewers will provide constructive feedback, highlighting the strengths of the work and offering suggestions for improvement.

Participation Requirements:

• Doctoral students must submit an actual research paper they are working on, be willing to present it, and provide feedback to two fellow doctoral students.
• Faculty members must be willing to read and give constructive feedback on assigned papers authored by doctoral students not under their supervision.

Registration and Paper Submission form is HERE. Registration and paper submission deadline is on May 18, 2025.

Participants will be selected based on the level of development of the submitted article/chapter (it must be sufficiently developed to provide the basis for comments).

The organisers will send participation confirmation by May 20. There are 30-35 places in total.

Transport between Tallinn and Viinistu (round trip) will be arranged by chartered bus.

• Departure from Tallinn (EBS, Lauteri 3) on May 26 at 08:00
• Return to Tallinn (EBS, Lauteri 3) on May 27, 2025 at 19:00

Accommodation is in Viinistu Art Hotel. There are double rooms for PhD students and single rooms for the supervisors.
