In the upcoming assertive communication workshop, we will cover:

  • how to ask for feedback more efficiently;
  • how to receive and respond to feedback.

Workshop duration: 2 hours and 15 minutes

Trainer: Pärtel Poopuu is a clinical psychologist who, in addition to his clinical work, has spent the past five years providing various mental health-related training sessions. Pärtel's favorite training topics include emotional regulation, psychological resilience, and positive psychology.
