Estonian Doctoral School branch of Mathematics, Computer Science and Informatics organizes an LLM retreat for PhD students and supervisors as part of the doctoral school. Join us for an exciting two-day event filled with valuable insights, inspiring discussions, and hands-on learning. Call for Contributions: We encourage doctoral students to submit their research for two types of presentations:

  1. Poster Presentations: Present your work in a visual format, facilitating engaging discussions with fellow researchers.

Recommended formatting requirements for an electronic poster presentation:
Headline size 72-76 points, main text 36-40 points. The text must be readable from approx. 2m.
The size of the photos used in the presentation is at least 20-30 cm
It is recommended to use the vertical view (portrait).
We use 55'' screens, i.e. 1920*1080 pixels. The file must be sent either as a PDF or a jpeg.

  1. Flash Presentations: Deliver a brief, impactful overview of your research in a fast-paced format designed to spark interest and dialogue, max 3minutes.

For both categories there is 10 best presentations selected from those who would like to participate by the organizing committee.

There is a price for three best poster presentations and a price for the best flash presentation!

Submission Deadline: 20.11.2024

Submission Guidelines: Please submit your abstracts (up to 250 words) along with your preferred presentation format to tiina.hagen@taltech.ee.
