The Art and Science of Pitching [Interactive Workshop]

The workshop is suitable for doctoral researchers from all Estonian universities.
How do you communicate complexity in 3 minutes? How do you quantify and show the value you bring? Gleb Maltsev has coached thousands to do precisely this over the past decade. The seminar is direct, evidence-based, and practical. PhD students will learn how to write, deliver, and visualize a high-stakes pitch or presentation. Everyone will have the opportunity to pitch in front of a live audience.
Topic: Writing, Delivery, Slide Design, and Q&A
Goals: set the foundations of pitching in complex domains. Set audience expectations and provide examples and feedback on the four components of a pitch. Provide attendees with ample practice time and targeted feedback.
