Seminar „Communication in Biological Research“

The course will be conducted in English. Doctoral researchers and master’s students are welcome.
Credits: 3 ECTS
The course will take place 4 times over two consecutive weeks:
Monday May 11th 13.00-16.00
Tuesday May 12th 13.00-16.00
Monday May 18th 13.00-16.00
Tuesday May 19th 13.00-16.00
Participation in all 4 sessions is mandatory.
Research in biology requires diverse skills, many of which are not formally taught. In this course, students will develop essential skills in science communication, presentation, writing, and peer review. This course will involve discussions, readings, writing assignments, presentations, and other professional development activities.
