2nd Nordic Summer School on Computational Microbiome Research
26/08 – 28/08
📍University of Tartu, Institute of Genomics
The summer school is held in English.
The international summer school focuses on computational approaches to microbiome science, including functional profiling, longitudinal modeling, ecological models, and population models
The target audience is doctoral students and early-career scientists. The programme consists of lectures and discussion (not hands-on exercises). We expect participants to have a basic proficiency in microbiome data analysis. In other words, this is not a tutorial course for beginners but rather intermediate/advanced training for researchers and trainees with at least some prior experience in computational microbiome research.
Register HERE. The registration is open until April 15, 2026. The maximum number of participants is 30.
Participants will be selected based on a short motivation statement and an abstract. The event is free of charge for doctoral students from Estonian universities.
