Summer school "Light-Activated Materials for Emerging Applications"

📍 Institute of Physics of the University of Tartu (Ostwaldi 1, Tartu) and Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology of the University of Tartu (Riia 23, Tartu)
The summer school is held in English.
Credits: 1 ECTS
The summer school contains sessions focused on photocatalytic materials synthesis, characterization and efficacy evaluation as well as applications in photovoltaics. On the last day of the summer school, lectures and practical excercises to boost the self-development of participants will take place. All participants are expected to send a short abstract of their field of research/interest. During the last day, short presentations from every participant on their topic of research interest are welcomed (the details will be distributed after registration).
Format: lectures, individual tasks, presentations
Learning outcomes:
- in-depth knowledge in synthesis, characterization and applications on light-activated materials
- development of presentation skills
- development of vision on career development
